Dirt to Glass: Our Winemaking Story

At the heart of every bottle is a commitment to the craft. Our journey begins in the dirt of our own estate vineyards, where we personally tend to every vine to ensure only the highest quality fruit makes the cut. To round out our collection, we partner with a few select neighboring growers who share our obsession with excellence.
We believe that great wine isn’t just grown; it’s made with intention. That’s why we handle every step of the process under our own roof:
Hand-Processed: We favor a human touch over heavy machinery, sorting and prepping our grapes by hand to preserve their delicate character.
Fermented on Site: Our cellar is the pulse of our winery. We monitor every fermentation closely, allowing the natural flavors of the fruit to evolve beautifully.
Bottled at the Source: To ensure total quality control from start to finish, we bottle right here on-site.
The result? A wonderful wine product that honors the land it came from and the hands that shaped it. From our vines to your glass, we take pride in every drop.
Taste the difference: We specialize in cold-climate grape wines including Itasca, Aromella, Petite Pearl, Marquette, Verona, and the Frontenacs. We also make wine from our historic Catawba and Concord vines, which are Native American varieties, and grow Cabernet Franc, a French vinifera.
